Leadership Development

Mothers (Patronesses) and daughters (Ticktockers) have opportunities locally and nationally to hold leadership positions within NCL, including chapter board positions for Patronesses and Ticktockers, chapter Ticktocker Council, national board positions for Patronesses, and the National Ticktocker Advisory Council.   Our members engage in invaluable experiences that build leadership and life skills, such as:

Conflict resolution

Consensus building

Creating and sticking to a budget

Goal setting

Parliamentary procedures

Project management

Public speaking

Setting and sticking to timelines

Written communication
